makin' it up is the business name for Annette Shacklett doing freelance graphics and desktop/web publishing. From 1983 to 1999 the business name was Wild Flower Graphics. On this website you will see designs done both in a freelance role and an employee role.

My education is in fine arts, with a bachelor’s degree in 1975 from Central Washington University. There, I did not take courses in graphic or commercial art. Instead, my graphic art training and experience has been on-the-job, solo study and experimentation.
